磯子区補選＆経済・港湾常任委員会
今日は、磯子区補選の応援に行ってきました。朝7時より京急屏風ヶ浦駅前での街頭活動であいにくの雨模様でしたが、候補者と共にご挨拶させて頂きました。磯子区補選も18日投開票となっておりますので、皆様棄権せずに投票をお願い致します。その後は、経済・港湾常任員会に出席の為、市会に向かい、以下の議題に対して審議致しました。

以上の内容です。
企業立地促進条例はH16年に5年有期で制定された条例で、5年後のH20には、その必要性から3年間の延長がされて現在に至っております。来年がその3年経過となることから、今後の取り扱い等について議論致しました。この間の実績も73件の企業誘致に繋がっており、約2万人の雇用、経済波及効果も1兆1千億円と大きな成果となっております。ただ、今後、中小企業含め、テナント誘致や、グローバル企業の誘致などに繋げなくてはなりません。横浜の財政の柱となるように新規誘致に継続して注力して参ります。
また、港湾局については、補正予算関連にて、コンテナの自動放射線測定器の配置、埠頭内の整備の提案となっており、港横浜の復活の為にも確りと対応いたします。埋め立て事業に関しましては、特別会計となっておりますが、経済不況の影響を受け、土地の需要が低迷し、目標達成は厳しい状況です。収支不足が拡大する状況下、本会計内容の確りとした精査が必要な時期かも知れません。有効活用が可能か・不可能か委員の一人として注視して参ります。
委員会終了後は、磯子区補選の応援にて事務所などに入らせて頂きました。
