日立ＶＩＡ労組定期大会
今日は、午前中は政調事務所当番、市会で仕事をし、午後からは日立グループの組織内議員として八尋秦野市議会議員と共に、海老名にあります日立ＶＩＡ労組定期大会にお伺いしそれぞれより市政報告を兼ねたご挨拶をさせて頂きました。
その後、私の出身職場が今年の5月に戸塚事業所から秦野事業所へ移転した為、新たな職場を見学させて頂きました。現在、所員としては80名程の製造部隊で、移転後まだ3か月程度の期間ですが、整然とした職場で皆さん元気に頑張られておりました。ただ、単身赴任、住居転居、戸塚からの通勤とそれぞれ新たな環境にて疲れも出始めるころだと思いますので、職制の目配り・気配りで十分にケアしながら引き続きの生産に対しての頑張りに期待致します。夜には、職場取り纏め役の職制の方々と懇談もさせて頂き、有意義な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとございました。
