常任委員会市内視察
今日は、毎週月曜日定例の戸塚駅での駅頭活動を実施致しました。東口地下での活動で、そがべ久美子県会議員、川辺よし男市会議員、坂本、田中事務所秘書にて行いました。
その後、こども青少年・教育委員会市内視察にて横浜市立横浜商業高等学校別科（理容科・美容科）、白百合ベビーホームなどを視察させて頂きました。
横浜商業高等学校別科（Y校）は磯子区丸山1丁目に所在し、公立校としては下関と2校しかない専門科です。理容・美容業界を担う職業人を育成しする為昭和16年設置以来、創立64年を数え、9,855人（理容科5,106人、美容科4,749人）の卒業生が巣立っております。国家試験合格率・就職率が100％に近い実績にてとても人気の高い別科です。実習状況や作品、教室など視させていただきましたが、子どもたちの目標に向かう真っ直ぐな目線・姿勢が素晴らしく、公立としての役割を十分に果たしていると思います。今後の横浜市内の理容・美容がより高いレベルで技術が伝承され、市民の生活を支えて頂くことを期待致します。
その後、泉区の白百合ベビーホームなどの視察に向かいました。補正予算で耐震対策事業にて建て替えが行われることとなり、今年度から着工し、平成27年度末完成の日程にて順次事業が進められます。現状は共に築年数が古く、耐震問題だけでなく、利用者や職員の環境が良くなく、今回の建て替えは、今後のことを考えると大変良い時期でもあったと感じます。白百合ベビーホームでは、ホールなどを地域開放し子育て中の方々が集まり育児相談や情報交換の場として利用してもらっています。この施設の必要性・重要性を実感すると共に、引き続き、未来ある子どもたちの養育を宜しくお願い致します。
また、隣接する施設も視察させて頂きました。こちらの建屋も老朽化が激しく、その居室もリフォームではごまかしきれない状況でした。トイレも和式、お風呂も旧来の物で、循環式ではないため、清掃などもままならないとのことでした。施設の意義を十分理解し、横浜市としてしっかりとフォローすることが重要だと感じます。事業完了の27年末まで敷地内のレイアウトが大きく変わりますが、事故など無いように事業を進めて頂き、利用者・職員にとってよりよい施設となることを期待しております。
夜は、泉区公会堂で民主党政治フォーラムが開かれました。急きょ司会進行を任され、拙い司会ではありましたが、次第に沿い紹介させて頂きました。国政報告は特別講演として中野寛成衆議院議員より講演頂き、市政報告は麓理恵市会議員より、県政報告は松本清県議会議員よりそれぞれ報告を頂きました。お忙しいい時間帯の中、多くの方にご参加頂きましたことに感謝致します。ありがとうございました。
