今日から4日間、横浜市会日華議連にて台湾各都市の議会、市政府に表敬訪問、視察です。無事に台湾松山空港に到着し、新幹線にて高雄に入りました。今日、台南近辺にてマグニチュード6.1の地震があり、ダイヤも大幅に乱れており、指定の電車には乗れませんでしたが、何とか1時間遅れ位で高雄に入れました。これから市議会に向かいます。それにしても気温は30度と夏です
