団視察2日目
団視察2日目は京都に移動し、2か所視察致しました。午前中は京都洛和会音羽病院に伺い、断らない救急医療体制について視察させて頂きました。救急医療の先生の出席が遅れてましたが、今朝の餃子の王将の社長射殺事件が近隣でおき、この病院に入られた様で、バタバタの感がありました。ですが、約2時間強の視察では、京都での医療体制、救急体制に関して学ぶ事が出来、とても為になりました。日本全国の課題ですが、高齢社会への対応や救急受け入れに重要なベットコントロール含め貴重な内容を聞く事が出来ました。
その後、京都府議会にお邪魔し、京野菜の取り組みについて説明を受けました。地産地消の観点とブランド力を高める取り組みとしてとても勉強になりました。横浜としても、この様な農業のブランド力を高める取り組みはとても重要で、しっかりと対策しなければならない事だと思います。
会派として、しっかりと勉強し、横浜市政に反映出来ればと思います。
