経済・港湾委員会視察1日目
今日から3日間の日程にて、経済・港湾委員会の視察となります。函館、青森、宮城と移動しての視察となりますが、初日の今日は、函館市2ヵ所にお伺い致しました。函館市臨海研究所にて「函館国際水産・海洋都市構想について」お聞きし、次に函館市役所にて市議会事務局より、函館市の抱える問題点など、横浜と同じ、観光都市としての取り組みや、商店街の活性化について伺いました。更に、合併により、沿岸距離が１００㌔以上の市となった現在の水産業の取り組みなどもお伺い致しました。函館市の人口は減少傾向（現在279,000人）にある中では、明るい話題は、2015年には北海道新幹線も開業できる予定にて、東京から3時間30分程度で函館市中心部に到着することが可能となります。観光都市として、横浜と共に色々な話題を共有し、お互いの為になればと考えます。
