経済・港湾委員会視察2日目
本日は、函館の朝市の様子も視に行ってきましたが、活気は今ひとつでした。お店の人達にも状況を聞いて回りましたが、やはり今ひとつとのことです。ただ、中国からの観光客が大分戻ってきたようで、その点では助かるとのことですが、日本人がもっと観光しないとダメですね。

その後、午前中は青森八戸までの移動となりました。 1988年3月13日に開通した青函トンネルを初めて通りましたが、海面下240m、全長53.85kmに及ぶ暗闇にて、気付けば・・・青森の青空でした。。。八戸港では、港湾事務所が被害を受けて使用出来ない状況にて、バス車内で、被害状況や復旧ｽｹｼﾞｭｰﾙなどの報告を受けました。3/11は八戸市は震度5強、津波6.2m（推定値）の状況で、被害総額約1,319億円（青森県）、人的被害では、死亡3名、行方不明1名、負傷者47名（青森県）との被害状況です。特に漁港の被害、物流・産業基盤八戸港の被害は大きく、八戸市の漁船被害は３２４隻、施設、防波堤、護岸の破損などが大きなダメージを受けております。防波堤も1,093ｍもの幅で決壊し、現在はテトラポッド（消波ブロック）を決壊した部分に据置、復旧作業が進められております。
