団視察2日目
今日は、朝よりバスにて熊本に向け移動しました。途中、玉名市にある奥之院に立ち寄りました。このお寺は願い事が叶う寺として「一願成就」「厄払い・業ばらい」にて年間40万人がお参りに来られるとの事です。世界一の大梵鐘「飛龍の鐘」重さ37.5t、直径：2.88m（9尺5寸）、高さ4.55mと圧巻の大きさです。11時50分からこの飛龍の鐘を撞くとのことで、昼食を早く済ませ、市議団全員で参拝しました。一般で来られていた方4名と市議団からは、森団長、川辺副議長2名が代表し鐘撞き致しました。横浜市の発展、市民皆様のご健勝、市議団員の健勝・家族全員の健康を祈って頂きました。
その後、玉名郡長洲町のLIXIL有明ソーラーパワーに伺いました。この太陽光発電は、LIXIL（2011年4月統合：トステム、INAX、サンウェーブ、新日軽、TOEX）が「平成21年度地域新エネルギー等導入促進対策事業」の補助金7億円を受け、企業として12億円を掛けて設置されたソーラーシステムです。発電量は3,750kW(一般家庭1,000軒分)で、電力会社や太陽光関連企業以外では国内最大級の発電出力となります。太陽パネルも20,280枚、東京ドーム2.5個分の敷地にて発電されております。企業としての取り組みで、自企業の電力使用料の40％以上をカバーしるとのことです。正にクリーンエネルギーを先駆的に取り入れ、住まいのトップブランドが統合した新企業としての企業イメージにも好影響を与えていると思います。今後、各企業としてのエネルギー対策も必要不可欠なものだと感じます。
ソーラーシステムを視察後は、熊本駅より九州新幹線(3月12日開通)にて鹿児島に移動しました。九州新幹線は開通日が東日本大震災発災翌日にて開通セレモニーなど色々と用意されていたとこのことですが、セレモニーは簡素化し、予約満席、九州の方が待ちわびていた開通ですので、予定通り開通されたとのことです。この九州新幹線での移動も今回の視察のひとつですが、八代から鹿児島までは50ものトンネルを通過するという正に山間部を新幹線が通る状況にて、日本の技術力の凄さを感じます。
明日は知覧の特攻平和会館を見学します。指宿にも山川地熱発電所(30,000kW)がありますが、時間的な関係もあり、地熱発電所の資料だけ頂いて、特攻平和会館を学んで参ります。
