団視察3日目(最終日)
今日の視察先は「知覧特の攻平和会館」です。宿泊先の指宿からの移動ルートはバスガイドさんのご配慮により、開聞岳経由にて移動しました。この開聞岳は特攻機が出撃する際に知覧の飛行場を飛びたち本土に別れを告げるべくこの山を旋回してから南方へ出撃して行ったとのことです。とてもきれいな円すい形の山ですが、特攻の命を受けた攻撃隊員がどの様な気持ちでこの山を見ていたかと思うととても寂しく感じます。
知覧特攻平和会館では、ガイドさんより会館外の展示物などの説明を受け、更に会館内では、知覧特別攻撃隊の説明や当時の真の姿・写真、遺品・遺書、戦闘機など数多くの貴重な資料が展示されておりました。1時間半の視察時間でしたが、もっと時間が必要な位多くの展示品ですので、また機会をみて、私だけでは無く、我が子たちにも見せに来たいと思います。20歳前後の1036名の隊員が残した寂しい現実を確りと受け止め、平和の大切さ、有り難さ、命の尊さを後世に正しく語り継がなければと感じ、また、現在、人の命を簡単に奪ってしまう凶悪犯罪や、虐待などは、無くさなくてはならないことで、この隊員達、生きたくても生きることが許されない、自分の命で大事な家族や友人、恋人を救う為に命を掛けての特攻に失礼な事だと感じます。日本人皆が正に今、先人たちから再度学ぶことが必要な時期ですね！
今回の団視察では、エネルギー対策や視察先の大分、熊本、鹿児島の状況、平和・人命に対しての想いを学べた貴重な体験となりました。この体験を横浜市や神奈川県、国に対して問題提起、政策提言が出来る様に、団一丸となり活動して参ります。
帰路飛行機より夕日の中の桜島を撮影しましたのでUPします！
視察から帰宅し、直ぐに家族と共に福島県いわき市に向けて出発しました。今は、常磐自動車道の中郷SA(北茨城)です。これより車中泊し、明日、義弟宅に伺う予定です。東日本大震災で大きな被害が出たいわき市の状況なども確認して来ます。
